Vibrant purple in the glass, it tees off with a brooding nose of dark fruit and toffee, that, with a little patience, reveals sweet fruit character and violets.  Richly layered on the palate it is brimming with flavors of boysenberry and vanilla bean.  This wine is a ‘big wine’ drinker’s delight.
