shipping Information

To ensure your wine arrives safely and in excellent condition, please review the following shipping guidelines:

  • Adult signature (21+) is required for all wine deliveries.
  • Orders placed before noon typically ship the same day.
  • Re-ship fees may apply if a package is not delivered after the third delivery attempt.
  • During warmer months, shipments may be sent via 2nd Day Air with ice packs to protect wine quality.
  • In the summer months, we may hold orders until Monday to prevent wine from sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend and to ensure a direct, uninterrupted delivery.
  • We are not responsible for heat damage if the package is not received on the first delivery attempt.
  • Reroute fees may apply if the delivery address is changed after the package has shipped.
  • To simplify adult-signature delivery, consider shipping to a business address or UPS Access Point.
